Dear Soulitaly customer, we know Terms and Conditions are a boring reading, but they’re important and we ask you to pay them your attention at least the first time that you use our website.
Welcoming srl allows its customers to book accomodations via its platform www.soulitaly.it.
Only customers who previously read and accept the present terms and conditionsas part of the process of booking can use all the Welcoming srl services. If a customer do not accept the present terms and conditions it will not be possibile to complete the booking session.
The present document is valid from 22.5.2015
Following definitions have the same meaning in their singular form as in their plural form.
“Attractions”: shows, concerts, guided visits…
“Customer”: the person who books or buys our services.
“General conditions”: present conditions to book and use Soulitaly services by the website.
“Particular conditions”: conditions applied by owners.
“Welcoming”: Welcoming srl, via Rota 33 – 80067 – Sorrento (NA), VAT n. 07598421217 – email@example.com
“Owner”: the person who own the property and let it available for booking by Soulitaly Website.
“Services”: every service sold by the Website just like: booking of transports, accomodations, insurances and attractions.
When these Conditions are applied
The present Terms and Conditions shall apply on the Website of Services (as defined above) owned by Welcoming srl and to the actions taken by Welcoming srl to make such services available on the Website for booking by customers. Acquiring a service is a contract between the customers and its supplier.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to “Particular conditions” of the supplier provided to the customer and the customer accepts upon booking. It is the responsibility of the customer to consult the Particular conditions of the suppliers.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified by Welcoming srl in any time without notice. These changes will not apply to bookings that have already been accepted by Welcoming srl. on behalf of the individual supplier. It is therefore essential that the Customer read, save and / or print a copy of the General Conditions when the booking is made, in order to ascertain what provisions apply.
Booking via the Website
The site helps the customer find travel services and to make the necessary reservations, and acts as an interface in transactions with suppliers. The customer must be at least eighteen years of age, have the legal capacity to conclude contracts, have the necessary authorization or authority to act for or on behalf of any person included in your reservation and must use the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and conditions of use of the Site.
Customer is responsible for the activities performed through the site (in terms of economic or otherwise) and is also responsible for the consequences arising from the possible use of his name and his password to access the Site. The Customer warrants the accuracy of the personal information that you entered on the site and, in the case of information on persons traveling with him.
Any use of the Site fraudulent or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions will constitute a reason to deny the Customer access to the Services offered by Soulitaly and Suppliers or other features of the Site.
Confirmation and cancellation fees
The confirmation of each booking, which will include the essential elements of the same as the description of the services booked and the price will be sent to the customer via e-mail. If the customer does not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of a reservation, he/she should contact the Welcoming srl by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is understood that the data stored in the computer systems of Welcoming srl. and / or its suppliers will constitute proof of the reservations made by the customer. Data stored in computers or electronic media are thus a valid test, and must be accepted under the same conditions and with the same probative value of a document written on paper.
Cancellations can be made by sending an email to email@example.com. All requests will be met on behalf of individual Suppliers.
In case of full or partial cancellation of a booking by the customer, he/she will be charged to the same consideration to cover the costs already incurred for the organization of the trip. Furthermore, additional costs may be charged by the individual supplier. Where a cancellation affects more than a traveler within a single reservation, any costs due to cancellation will be charged to every traveler in the same reservation. In some cases, the costs for cancellation charged by suppliers will amount to the full value of the booked trip; in that case, no refund will be made in favor of the customer. The partial cancellation, ie cancellation of a particular service, it will not be possible without losing the amount paid for that particular service.
Welcoming srl reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of non-timely payment.
If, after making a reservation, the customer want to change the trip with respect to the date, the destination, the place of departure, accommodation or transportation, the customer must send a email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of changing a reservation an additional cost can be applied by the supplier – for more details please refer to Special Terms made available during the booking process.
In cases where a refund is due to the customer, the sums, net of the necessary deductions will be returned by the party that received the original payment (which Welcoming srl., a supplier or another party that appears on the credit card of the customer or in the account statement of the same) on the card used to make the original transaction.
Any booking fees in force will not be refundable.
Travel documents needed for a Service ordered through the Website will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of booking.
Welcoming srl or the Supplier can not be held responsible if the delivery of travel documents is impossible because of a mistake made by the customer in providing personal data or email address.
The purchase of a service may be made by the Customer through the Website.
The customer will have to provide data on their credit card and the Supplier or Welcoming srl will charge the entire amount due to make the reservation. Subsequently, Welcoming srl will send the customer an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation email will contain a copy of the details of the purchase. If any data was not properly reported, or the customer does not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, the customer is required to contact the Soulitaly without delay sending an email at email@example.com
The payment of the service purchased is made by the customer entirely in the choice of service, via credit card. During the purchase process, it prompted the customer to provide the details of the credit card. If the issuing bank denied the payment, the purchase will be suspended and the customer will not be charged any expenses. If there are other problems, such a transaction did not go well, or if a problem occurs during the booking, it might be that, due to the current payment system governed by international associations of credit cards, be temporarily blocked on the credit card of the customer amounts to an amount equal to the cost of all or part of the purchase expected. In this circumstance Soulitaly not debit the account of the customer. Once Welcoming srl. has become aware of a sum of the block and the relative unlock request is sent to the bank, the time required for the release of the funds is determined by the bank that issued your credit card and interbank circuits, Welcoming srl. will endeavor to assist the customer in order to achieve the above release quickly.
Note: Before purchasing the service selected, the customer must ensure that its current account has sufficient funds for the payment of all selected services. If there were sufficient funds available, despite Welcoming srl not charge any costs or expenses on account of the customer, making the purchase may cause blockage of the amounts on the credit card of the customer until the transaction amount is not formally released by the issuing bank and the international associations of credit cards.
It is possible that some activities offered by the suppliers and shown in the description of the accommodation on the Website are canceled, for example due to weather conditions or force majeure, during off-season stays, or if you do not reach the required number of participants for the activity.
In some countries local authorities may impose additional taxes (tourist tax, etc.), to be paid locally. The customer must be considered solely responsible for the payment of such fees.
The car hire services are subject to the Special Conditions of the car rental company.
Soulitaly receives on behalf of the Supplier the price due for the rental. With reference to the final that customers will have to pay it it is noted that this may not reflect the total price due for rent under the contract; Soulitaly may in its discretion to contribute on behalf of the customer for the costs applicable to book a car. In such cases, the prices shown on the Website will reflect the total price less the contribution from Soulitaly and show the amount owed by customers. In the case of refunds, if permitted, customers will not be entitled to refunds of amounts greater than the amount paid.
The customer making the booking must present a credit card upon delivery of the car. Debit cards (ATM) will be not accepted and will burden the customer check which credit cards are accepted by the Supplier.
During the rental, the Supplier may require the bank issuing the credit card of the client the pre-authorization of a certain amount to be considered as deposit. The Customer must therefore contact their bank to issue credit cards to ensure that the credit limit of their card is adequate for this purpose.
If the customer does not meet the conditions described above, the Supplier will not make the car available and will be charged the full cost of the car rental.
Additional costs such as refueling, additional cost driver, young driver surcharges, delivery fees and collection of the fee can be paid locally. Welcoming srl and / or suppliers can not be held in any way responsible for the payment of such additional charges as detailed or otherwise.
An additional amount may be applied in case of theft or damage to the car in rent. It will vary depending on the Supplier and country of rental. You will reduce / eliminate that amount by the acquired insurance optional on-site. Welcoming srl and / or suppliers can not be held in any way responsible for the charging of that amount or provide additional insurance as detailed or otherwise.
The fuel is not normally included in the price of car. In addition, some suppliers charge an additional fee for the use of snow tires.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer must return the car at the branch of the supplier from which he retired. If the customer does not comply with this condition, the Supplier may charge an additional fee.
Child seats are available on request and have to be paid locally.
Withdrawal / car use
Drivers must typically be of legal age and, at the time of delivery of the car, all drivers must present a valid driving license for the category of vehicle rented. The license must have been awarded at least one year (this requirement may vary depending on the supplier) and will be required international driving license. Customers should check the Particular Conditions of the Supplier offering the car for every detail of all the conditions applicable to book a car.
The property makes no refunds in connection with rental days not used.
The attractions are subject to the Special Terms of the Suppliers offering the local activities, are generally not transferable and are not possible refunds or changes.
Prices and information on the Site
The price of services will be quoted from time to time on the Site, except in cases of manifest error of fact. Prices are subject to change at any time. However, these changes will not adversely affect bookings already accepted except as provided in the Special Conditions of the Supplier.
Despite Welcoming srl is committed to do its best to avoid errors or problems, if, due to a clerical error, a price to appear on the Website in a manner not exact, Welcoming srl will not be required to provide the Services to the Customer Price clearly wrong when the fact was determined by a recognized clerical error resulting either from a technical failure of the system or by an error in the communication of the Supplier, even if it was sent to the Customer a confirmation of their booking.

Photographs and illustrations
Welcoming srl does its best to provide the Customer with photographs and illustrations that give the Customer a depiction of the service offered. The purpose of these photographs and illustrations is to show the customer the condition of the accommodation and the degree of comfort, and the same shall not be considered as a guarantee that exceeds this purpose.
Prices shown on the website does not include the cost of insurance, unless this is not explicitly expressed. The customer may take out insurance to cover any expenses in some cases of cancellation and an additional policy covering certain particular risks as the cost of repatriation in case of accident and disease. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that every insurance policy choice is adequate to cover their needs.
The risks covered by such policies, as well as the cost and the amount of coverage, are displayed on the Website only for illustrative purposes. In the event that it enters into an insurance policy, the insurer will send the bill to the customer. Claims must be submitted directly to the insurance company pursuant to the terms and conditions of your policy.
The insurance contract is subject to the terms and conditions that are made available during the booking process. The customer can contact the insurance company to the number ______________, visit the website ________________ or sending an e-mail ___________________.

Financial conditions and payment procedures
Local taxes and payments
Except where otherwise specified in the Specific Conditions, the prices of services shown on the site are in Euro.

To facilitate the process, we invite customers to submit their claims within 30 days of the end of a trip.
In general, complaints will be managed only if the issues mentioned in the email were reported at firstname.lastname@example.org ( as soon as reasonably possible), or to the carrier if the dispute is during the outward or return, so that it can take steps to solve the problem and to limit the damage suffered by the customer. However, there may be exceptions depending on the circumstances.
Also pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/2010 and subsequent amendments, the customer is entitled to access to mediation for the settlement of any dispute arising in respect of the conditions laid down by the Soulitaly chosen by the customer who will administer this procedure.
Responsibility of Welcoming srl
Liability of Welcoming srl in connection with the Services
In connection with the purchase of services, Welcoming srl operates as an intermediary and therefore Welcoming srl (even if it makes the charge of the price) will not be responsible for the failure on the part of suppliers, obligations for services provided to the customer.
In connection with the acquisition of Third Party Services Welcoming srl does not perform any brokerage business between suppliers and customers and in no case it can be regarded as carrying as an intermediary or organizer under the Code of Tourism. Welcoming srl operates the site as a mere showcase of purchase where the Third Party Service Providers show their offers. Therefore, Soulitaly it is not considered part of a contract with the customer for the purchase of a Third Party Service.
Welcoming srl can not be held in any way responsible for the information provided in the pages dedicated to the offers of service Third Party will not be held responsible for any damage suffered by clients in connection with Third Party Services.
Unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, all warranties, terms and conditions, express or implied, with respect to this Website or the information contained in it are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, excluding the applicability of the law 218/95 (“Reform of the Italian system of private international law”). Customer agrees that the Italian court will have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from the interpretation and / or arising from these Terms and Conditions.
If Welcoming srl does not make use, at any time, one of the provisions of the General Conditions, this shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to invoke that provision at a later date.
If a court or other competent judicial authority deems invalid, illegal or unenforceable any provision, or part thereof, of these General Conditions, that provision or part of it, it can not be considered part of this contract with the customer in limits the extent required and to the other provisions shall remain applicable.
Each case of force majeure, including the interruption of means of communication or a strike by carriers, hoteliers or air traffic controllers, will determine the suspension of the obligations contained in these Terms and Conditions which are affected by the force majeure and the affected by the force majeure will not be responsible for any failure to fulfill these obligations.
The following Terms and Conditions shall come into force as of 22.5.2015.

Cookies, user profiles

From time to time Soulitaly will encourage users to write reviews on hotels (for example, through vouchers at hotels, award shows, etc.).
